A state-of-the art ISO 9001 certified factory occupying over 25,000 square feet.
Capabilities include 19 injection molding machines from 110 tons capacity to 650 tons capacity and plastic blow molding.
Total in-house molding capacity of 131,000 pieces per day.
Products include PVC plumbing parts, shower sprays, spa components custom parts and assemblies.
Design and manufacturing software includes: Auto-CAD, Creo, SolidWorks, Mastercam, Illustrator, Photoshop, and KeyShot
Custom packaging & component assembly.
FAUCET/SHOWER DESIGN & ASSEMBLY
Three fully integrated assembly lines in-house with a daily capacity of 4500 pieces.
Eight water test machines in-house with a capacity of 4800 pieces per day.
Six air test machines in-house with a capacity of 6000 pieces per day.
Products include lavatory faucets, kitchen faucets, tub & shower faucets.
Complete OEM design and manufacturing capabilities, with custom designs available.

BRASS & STAINLESS STEEL STAMPING
A modern 30,000 square foot facility.
Products include brass and stainless steel sink strainers, faucet components and plumbing parts.
Design and Manufacturing software includes Auto CAD2004, Pro/E2001.
Production runs on 2) 65 ton and 1) 150 ton hydraulic presses, 20 pneumatic presses, 16 polishing machines and 22 lathes.
Production capabilities for various forms of metal stamping.
NATUREL & SYNTHETIC RUBBER MOLDING
A 60,000 square feet in 2 factories with natural & synthetic rubber molding capability.
42 oil pressure molding machines ranging from 50 ton to 400 ton capacity.
ISO 9002 certification.
Products include plungers, flappers, washers, stoppers, custom parts and O.E.M. designs.
ZINC DIE CASTING & PLATING
A high tech 9200 square foot facility.
